
CONDOR Radar
Long-range / Pulse S-Band AESA Radar
The CONDOR radar is a mobile long-range Multi-Mission Radar (MMR) system that operates on the Pulse Wave principle and uses an Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) within the S-band frequency range. As a result, the system combines an extremely large detection range with very high resolution, even under harsh operational conditions.
The CONDOR family includes our most powerful radar systems and is designed for the detection of high-flying and fast-moving aerial threats, where the system can provide early warnings to integrated air defence assets.
The system can detect and track multiple targets simultaneously, including Air-Breathing Threats (ABTs), Tactical Ballistic Missiles (TBMs) and, in specific configurations, even Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBMs). The maximum detection range is up to 450 km, while the Early Warning variants can achieve a range of up to 750 km.
In addition, CONDOR is capable of detecting hypersonic threats, stealth platforms and Low-Earth-Orbit (LEO) satellites, providing full air coverage and comprehensive situational awareness against a broad spectrum of advanced threats.
Like all our radars, the CONDOR can be fully integrated with existing air defence assets, including Surface-to-Air Missiles (SAMs) and Anti-Air (AA) systems. Integration is possible via direct data linking or full data fusion within C4I networks.
This makes the CONDOR ideal for protecting High-Value Assets, border surveillance, Early Warning tasks and the defence of critical infrastructure against high-flying and long-range threats. The system can provide accurate target coordinates for deployment by advanced interceptor missiles.
