Counter-UAS
Mission-Configurable Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System Architectures
Modern drone threats vary significantly in size, range, speed, and complexity. No single sensor, platform solution, or effector can provide complete protection under all operational conditions.
HADES Defence Systems therefore does not approach Counter-UAS as a standalone product, but as a mission-configurable architecture.
Built around open architecture principles, HADES enables the integration of radars, passive RF detection, EO/IR systems, autonomous platforms, command-and-control software, and optional engagement capabilities within a single unified operational environment. Both HADES systems and existing third-party sensors, software and operational systems can be integrated without vendor lock-in.
Where desired, HDS NEXUS can function as a central fusion, orchestration, and command layer. Simultaneously, HADES capabilities can also be integrated within existing command-and-control environments, national architectures, and operational C4ISR systems.
Each architecture is tailored to the operational requirements of the mission and delivers scalable capabilities for situational awareness, threat analysis, and operational response.

Scalable By Design
HADES Counter-UAS architectures are designed according to a modular and scalable principle, allowing the same core architecture to be applied to a wide range of operational scenarios. Configurations can range from local asset protection and tactical airspace surveillance to large-scale, distributed sensor networks for regional or national coverage.
Depending on operational requirements, systems can be deployed as compact Low-Range Protection Systems for critical assets, as Medium-Range Airspace Surveillance solutions for terrain and area monitoring, or as Long-Range Early Warning Networks for timely detection over vast distances. Furthermore, the architecture supports mobile Counter-UAS systems, fixed infrastructure protection, and integrated national airspace monitoring.
Each configuration possesses autonomous operational capabilities and can function independently. When multiple systems are connected, they can federate into larger regional, national, or multi-site networks, bringing together sensors, command and control, and operational data into one integrated Common Operational Picture.
