HADES Defense Systems develops and produces launcher tubes for Multiple Launch Rocket Systems (MLRS) and specialised rocket applications in the 57 mm, 107 mm and 122 mm calibres.
The launcher tubes are available in various configurations, including Classic, Semi-Classic, and the patented Sandwich execution. This latter represents a unique technological development within the HADES portfolio, combining low weight with high structural strength, thermal stability, and improved ballistic performance.
Designed for long-term operational deployment, the launcher tubes support both conventional rocket artillery applications and specialised missions where precision, mobility, and reliability are paramount.
PATENTED SANDWICH TECHNOLOGY
The patented Sandwich design is constructed from a multi-layer structure that offers an exceptional ratio of weight, strength, and durability.
On the inside of the launcher tube, there is a refined rifling profile that stabilises the projectile during the initial phase of flight. This results in a more consistent trajectory, lower dispersion, and higher accuracy during repeated firing.
This technology not only contributes to improved performance, but also reduces structural load on the launch system and supports long-term operational deployment under diverse conditions.

Within the HADES portfolio, the 57 mm launcher tubes form a specialised segment, specifically developed for Counter-UAS applications and other missions where reaction time, mobility and precision are of paramount importance.
Thanks to their low weight, these systems can be integrated onto light vehicles, mobile platforms, maritime installations and specialised launch systems without compromising on stability or durability.
The larger 107mm and 122mm configurations support a wide spectrum of rocket artillery and launcher solutions and can be tailored to diverse operational requirements.
Flexible configurations
All launcher tubes are manufactured from high-grade steel alloys or advanced composite materials, depending on the operational application.
The number of tubes per launch pod can be fully adjusted to the requirements of the end-user. This allows for configurations to be assembled for maximum mobility, enhanced firepower, weight optimisation or specific platform integrations.
